1 Handling: The machine should move the bar using a forklift or handling, the body is not allowed to tilt. Non- moving parts of the lift lock and scale .
2 Installation: The machine required level fixed on a solid foundation , and for ground handling .
3 oiling : open the case , adding 60 liters fuel tank 46 hydraulic oils .
4 Electrical connection : Connect the power cord to the machine specified power supply , observe the rotation jog motor , the motor rotation direction should be consistent with the pump requires .
5 Check Ruler : Ruler located reusable hose fittings cylinder front cover, is used to adjust the amount withheld shrink the size of the socket . 6 pressure adjustment : machine system pressure is 20Mpa, relying on relief valve adjustment . Clockwise adjustment pressure, counterclockwise to adjust the pressure decreases.
7 speed adjustment mold : mold the pace , controlled by the shunt valve clockwise to adjust , mold speed, hydraulic hose clamps counter-clockwise to adjust , slow down the speed of the mold , but the mold too fast will make noise increases .
